Who we are
Skala is run by Amos Linneolsson, based in Malmö, Sweden. We are responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and what you wrote. Company name is optional. We don't track you, run analytics, or collect anything beyond what you choose to share.
Why we collect it
To reply to your message, and nothing else. Under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), we process your data based on legitimate interest. You contacted us, so we have a clear reason to read and respond to what you sent.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for up to 12 months. If we end up working together, we keep project correspondence for five years for accounting. After that it gets deleted.
Third parties
We use Resend to receive your message. They process your data just long enough to deliver it. We don't share, sell, or pass your data to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold on you at any time. Just email us at hello@skala.design. If you're not happy with how we handle your request, you can report it to Sweden's data protection authority, IMY.
